A new release of RWCards!
Version 2.5.3 (05.12.2007) - Fixed SQL-Bug. No cards where shown when table started not with jos__
- Added hint for people who upgrade to save their cards again
As the table structure changed, it is recommended to uninstall RWCards before installing this new version. Make a backup of the #__rwcards tables, a backup of the cards directory and you are on the safe site ;-) Download as usual in the repository |

This is the first release of RWCards 3.0.0 for Joomla 1.5.X.
Please keep in mind that this version ONLY works with Joomla >= 1.5.X

Here you can see a first Preview of RWCards 3.0 as
an animated gif file, here as flash (7,5 MB) that demonstrates the new look and handling of the frontend.
If you are interested in testing it, please let me know and I will send you a copy as soon as it is complete.

Today I released RWCards 3.0.2
There were sometimes problems on some servers with the lower- and uppercase names of the files, so now I changed all to lowercase.
I tested this release on 3 different servers, runs on all!

I started with development of RWCards 2.5.0.
This will be an adaption to RWCards 3.0.0 for Joomla 1.0.X so that the new look will also be available to users of Joomla 1.0.X and some addition as PNG-Support as well of course.

Thumbnails are created without underscore in name.
Send card to multiple receivers
All JavaScripts and CSS files/functions start with rwcards so there will be no more conflicts
Preview of categories and cards in animated boxes
PNG-Support
Captcha now works always
Switched from prototype js-library to Joomlas standard mootools, no more conflicts now with other componentes/modules
Installation checks for GDLib and other needed libraries/directories
